The analysis of the data emitted by the equipment, operators and processes is revealed as a key element for the premature detection of deviations of the quality of the manufactured product. When this analysis is complemented with machine learning tools, the prediction potential rises exponentially, interpreting the changes of historical variability as a previous step to the nonconformity that we avoid.
