The I Meeting of Manufacturers and Distributors of Industrial Robotics in Spain, promoted by AER- Spanish Association of Robotics and Automation, will be placed at Advanced Factories next April, 10^th.  The purpose of the meeting is to collect real data about sales of industrial robots and to know the evolution of the market in our country. The meeting is organized with the collaboration of Interempresas Media, an objective entity that has experience in carrying out this type of studies in other industrial sectors.

What is intended with this study is to anticipate during the first quarter of each year the data corresponding to the previous year before the publication made by the International Federation of Robotics (IFR) at the end of the year. To do this, the AER will bring together the main manufacturers and distributors of robotics in Spain who will participate in a round table and answer a series of questions, in order to draw the most relevant conclusions about the current state of the automation market.

Once the data has been analyzed, a press release will be issued with a summary of the global figures of the sector that the report shows, although the detail will only be known by the study participants. In this way it is intended to give strength and unity to the sector of industrial robotics in Spain, and thus promote its competitiveness.
