Cybersecurity profiles and the ECSF

When validating a person’s competencies for a position, one of the most complicated issues is to analyse whether the training and competencies they provide cover what the position requires. For this reason, ENISA developed the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF), as a framework that allows us to have a common framework that relates roles, competences, skills and knowledge to support the development of training programmes. During the presentation we will develop the ECSF from the perspective of an educational institution and how we can use it in our training programmes.
