Generative AI for maintenance optimization

Generative Artificial Intelligence, using historical maintenance work order data, can assist operators in two ways. First, when a breakdown occurs, the system provides information based on the history of breakdowns, including possible causes, previously involved technicians, spare parts used, and external services utilized. Second, during the repair, the technician can access specific information through natural language queries, thus facilitating the repair process. A practical case on addressing this need will be presented in the presentation.
