Innovation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence; Building an Innovation Ecosystem to Empower Advanced Factories
Tue 05 May | 10:00 - 10:40
New capabilities enabled and driven by artificial intelligence [AI] are disrupting the world of manufacturing and logistics. This wave of innovation in robotics and decision making will enable agents that autonomously make decisions and take physical actions. This will change the factory of tomorrow forever. New skills and new resources are needed to survive and compete. How do CEOs and senior management adapt to build on these possibilities rather than get crushed by them? Where will they find the talent, technology and financing to manage this risk? We will look at how to engage resources beyond the enterprise, accessing the global innovation ecosystem to build productive relationships with technology entrepreneurs, venture capital investors, universities and other innovation leaders and enablers.
