Manager of the Spanish Association of Robotics and Automation (AER Automation). He holds a degree in Economics from the UB, an Interuniversity MBA (UAB-UB-UPC) and a Master’s Degree in Cultural Management (UOC). Throughout his professional career he has been linked to the industrial business sector, holding management positions, both in multinational and in SMEs. He has taught at business schools and in recent years has specialized in talent management and organizational transformation.
