Guillermo López Alonso

State Engineer, assigned as Technical Advisor in the General Subdirectorate for Energy Efficiency, he is part of the team that developed the Spanish White Certificate system. He also supports other areas such as buildings or transport.
Previously, he has worked for more than twenty years in various activities, mainly in the international energy consultancy sector.
