Núria Montaner Muntan

I am a Chemistry graduate from UAB. Between 1999 and 2002, I managed two projects with UAB in collaboration with Henkel. From 2002 to 2005, I worked in R&D at Henkel HQ in Duesseldorf, developing detergent formulations. In 2005, I began my supply chain career at the Henkel plant in Montornes del Valles, where I continue today, focused on process improvement, people development, and cultural transformation across teams, always keeping safety, quality, and collaboration at the core of my work.
