Head of Real Estate & Facility Management at Boehringer Ingelheim Spain. I lead the management of real estate assets and facility services, including maintenance, civil works, vehicle fleet, travel, canteen and cafeteria services, cleaning, and other support services. I contribute to the strategic management of campus and transformation projects, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. I also lead the global Spatial Experience project, aimed at implementing the brand consistently across physical spaces.
