Leadership in protection policy for the European Artificial Intelligence sector
Europe faces the challenge of leading the development of artificial intelligence in a global context marked by technological competition and the need to protect its industrial fabric. Beyond regulation, AI policy becomes a strategic lever to guarantee technological sovereignty, security and competitiveness. This session will address how institutions and key actors are defining the European framework to drive trustworthy, industrial AI aligned with the values of the continent. From data protection and algorithm governance to the promotion of innovative ecosystems, the decisions that will mark Europe’s positioning in the global race for artificial intelligence will be analysed.
