This is a practical presentation, based on real examples of how, thanks to the Approductivity 4.0 suite, integrated in a single platform aimed at improving productivity and efficiency, everything is available to plan production flexibly (simulation of infinite scenarios), to document production processes, to monitor the progress of production to detect, in real time, possible deviations and, if necessary, to take corrective measures (dynamic balancing concept). Industrial management indicators (OEE, efficiency, performance, quality, polyvalence, etc.) and possible incentives will also be defined and calculated.
